because "the hardest of all material" is required. Dressing and Truing
of abrssive wheels is one such important application. Modern Diamond
Dressers are designed and manufactured by metal powder sintering and
Infiltration process using specially selected naturally occuring single
crystal. Super hard diamonds for dressing operations on abrasive wheels
of all types of grinding machines. Modern Diamond Dressers are
available in the following four grades.
Modern good quality Multipoint Diamond Dressers are manufactured to
fulfil the need of heavy duty dressing. They are availbale in one or
two layers with five or seven diamonds in each layer set in pattern to
suit particular application Dressing of bigger wheels andrough dressing
are done effectively by semiskilled and unskilled labour with the use
of Multipoint Dressers. Modern Blade Type Dressers are specially
designed for use in form grinding. They are available in two or three
layers with two or three diamonds in each layer set in a straight line.
