Tungston Carbide Impregnated diamond dressers are made using specially
selected diamond grits set in tungston carbide metal matrice by
sinteringand Infiltration process under Hydrogen atmosphere. They are
widely used for dressing and truing of abrasive wheels in many
industrial applications. Modern Impregnated dressers proves excellent
performance till the end of the tool and shows much economy over the
use of single point Diamond Dressers. They are also less suceptible to
damage compared to Single Point Diamond Dresser and can be used till
the end without resetting. The grit size of the diamond to be used
depends on the grit size of the abrasive wheel to be dressed. So please
specify the grit size of the abrasive wheel to be dressed while
ordering to enable us to recommend the proper diamond grit size. The
